I’m at a loss for words… for once. Well.. not really. 🙂 I’ve watched Mike and Gail over the past few years go from being together as a couple, to creating an awesome family. Blending families is not for the faint of heart–there are many challenges and having a foundation of pure unconditional love is often what it takes.
What I just love about Mike and Gail is that their love for each other is so organic and real. They “get” each other and click. I’ve caught them sneaking peeks at each other from across a table at dinner and smiling at one another from across a yard full of people. They’re connected…and what they have is just super special. It’s the trunk of a family tree that now has many branches…it’s the strength that will get this family through thick and thin, weathering any storm. That’s what I love about Mike and Gail… they get what it takes and when they said “I do”, it was taking that responsibility to a much higher level. Above all, they will always be there for each other.
Just a few weeks back it was an honor of ours to photograph their wedding. It was a quaint and beautiful, fun day with lots of neat little elements that made it all their own. Below is a sneak peek of their special day…we just adore both of them!
